What OPTIMAL is in lab work….
Patients saw years ago that it’s not about being “anywhere” in those ridiculous ranges. It’s about being at a certain point in those ranges, i.e. OPTIMAL. Being optimal prevents it all from backfiring. It WILL backfire eventually if you aren’t optimal, as we have observed in each other for years!!

OPTIMAL ON NATURAL DESICCATED THYROID or T4/T3
i.e. optimal for thyroid meds like NDT or T4/T3 has always put the free T3 at top part of the range, and the free T4 midrange. BOTH. And to get there without problems, we have to have the right amount of iron and cortisol. If we don’t have the right amount of either, we’ll have problems raising.

OPTIMAL IRON LABS
i.e. read the graphic carefully. These levels are important. And note that if ferritin is higher than what it says in the graphic, you’ve got inflammation and you have to get that inflammation down to improve serum iron.

OPTIMAL SALIVA CORTISOL
Read the graphic carefully. People constantly state they are good with their saliva labs, but they aren’t.

OPTIMAL B12
Look at the graphic carefully. We found out years ago that we had to be the upper quarter to fully get rid of one or two symptoms of low B12, like fingers, feet, toes, legs that go to sleep too fast.
