Hello everyone! I am writing this to tell everyone there is hope for your return to health.

A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. The doctor said it would probably take at least 18 months to recover. I was nearly housebound and was taking 30 mg of HC everyday for a year. Even a walk to the mailbox was totally exhausting. I became extremely depressed and thought I would never enjoy life again.

Over the course of those 18 months, I was able to stabilize my thyroid and wean off of the HC after healing my adrenals (by correcting all that was wrong). Even though I gained 20lbs, I have lost 10 and hope to get rid of the rest.

Now for the best part. Just this month I traveled around the world to FIJI for a week long scuba diving trip. Even though I came back with a wicked cold, I did not crash. I’m 63 years old and I’m once again looking forward to many fun activities in my future.
