To start, STTM needs at least ten or more individual thyroid patients who will do the following research concerning either “Natural Desiccated Thyroid” (NDT) or “Desiccated Thyroid Extract” (DTE), and compile what we need below. (Both terms refer to the same thing, and both are used online.)
- Using search engines or related, try to find any form of negative references to NDT / DTE that use idiotic words or descriptions like….
- Dangerous
- A negative fill-in-the-blank word before the word “trend”
- Harmful
- Risky or high-risk
- Grave concerns
- Can lead to death
- Irreversible consequences
- Unsafe
- Problematic
- Reckless
- Injurious
- Unstable
- Perilous
- Hazardess
- Lethal
- Unproven
- Unhealthy
- Unregulated
- You get the drift (i.e. as if NDT / DTE is evil, poisonous, from the devil, will cause your imminent or upcoming death, or your eyeballs to fall out, or permanent damage that will turn you into a full-blown freak of nature.)
- Copy and paste the entire sentence that describes NDT / DTE with these negative terms, but BOLD the negative / threatening word or word
- REQUIRED: Provide a URL of the page and website from where you found it. This is important.
- Some of the places to search: American Thyroid Association aka ATA, British Thyroid Association aka BTA, European Thyroid Association aka ETA, American Association of Clinical Endocrinology aka AACE, American College of Clinical Endocrinology, Medical social media groups of any kind, Advertising. There are even individual practitioner websites which are making these ridiculous claims to support their failure to prescribe NDT to their own patients.
- Do this today through the weekend if needed.
a) Then email 360@stopthethyroidmadness.com with your list of examples which includes the URL where you found the negative description.
b) USE THE HEADING “What I have found” for the email so I easily see it. c) In the email, I will need your full name for private use between you and me.
STTM and all hypothyroid patients who have benefitted from NDT / DTE are NOT going to be quiet about this idiocy.
